Agreement To Terms These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Port City Gazette, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the portcitygazette.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Paid Memberships and Subscriptions Port City Gazette offers paid monthly subscription plans for business directory listings:

Basic: $5/month
Standard: $10/month
Premium: $20/month

All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Listings are for directory exposure only; promotional placements require separate purchase.

Account Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms or applicable law. Re-registration is not permitted after termination without our consent.

DMCA and Copyright Complaints If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at: admin@portcitygazette.com. Include your name, contact info, details of the infringement, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Site Management We reserve the right to:

Monitor the Site for violations;
Remove or restrict access to content;
Disable accounts;
Take legal action as necessary.
