Paid Memberships and Subscriptions

Port City Gazette offers paid monthly subscription plans for business directory listings:

• Basic: $5/month

• Standard: $10/month

• Premium: $20/month

 

All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Listings are for directory exposure only; promotional placements require separate purchase.

If a payment attempt fails (for example, due to an expired or declined card), your listing will remain active during a 5-day grace period while we automatically retry payment. If payment is successfully processed during this period, your subscription will continue uninterrupted. If payment is not received within 5 days, your listing and subscription plan will be automatically canceled, and reactivation will require the purchase of a new plan.

Business Listing Integrity
All business listings must accurately represent the legal or commonly recognized business name. Submitting marketing copy, taglines, extended descriptions, or other promotional text in place of the business name is strictly prohibited. Business descriptions and promotional details are only permitted in plans that expressly include those features. Listings found to be in violation may be edited, suspended, or removed at our discretion without refund.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms or applicable law. Re-registration is not permitted after termination without our consent.

DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at: admin@portcitygazette.com. Include your name, contact info, details of the infringement, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Site Management

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor the Site for violations;

• Remove or restrict access to content;

• Disable accounts;
